Member of Parliament for Atebubu-Amantin Constituency in the Brong Ahafo Region, Hon. Sanja Nanja has renovated the only Community Based Health Planning Services (CHPS) facility for the people of Nyoamoase.
The Nyoamoase CHPS compound serves more than 1,500 residents in 15 villages surrounding the area including Kotope, Flore, Adiembra, Bolga-Nkwanta among others.
Hon. Sanja Nanja who made this information known to Ghanamps.gov said the renovation works was necessitated by the consistent pressure exerted on the facility due to the huge patronage whiles calling for the facility to be upgraded to a clinic status.
He said a shed was also constructed as part of the renovation works to accommodate more patients who visit the facility on a daily basis.
Hon. Sanja Nanja revealed funding of the project to be from his own share of the National Health Insurance Scheme Fund.
