The Member of Parliament (MP) for Asikuma Odoben Brakwa in the Central Region, Hon. Georgina Nkrumah Aboah has stated that four communities within her constituency will soon be connected to the national electricity grid to boost economic activities in the area.

According to her, government had already made funds available towards completion of the projects, adding that none of the beneficiary communities which includes Kyiraka, Okukrom, Anihunu and Supon would be left out.

The MP who was speaking in an interview with Ghanamps.gov.gh short after her visit to the various project sites, further noted that the project which has already started is expected to complete within a month period.

The MP further added that projects including the on-going construction of school blocks for some basic schools were also inspected in effort to ascertain the actual work done on these projects.

Hon. Nkrumah-Aboah who also engaged with some Chiefs and people of the four communities promised them of better days ahead from the view that her outfit had already rolled-out series of projects to be executed very soon.
