Ranking member on the Committee of Road and Transport, Governs Kwame Agbodza has taken a swipe at the media in Ghana’s Parliament for not being interested in following up on Ghana Cocoa Board to demand the audit report on audit conducted on cocoa roads in the county.
According to him if the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) were to be in power the media would have gone all length to demand for the report and put it out there for the Ghanaian public to see.
“You are losing the ability to be fair; you have soft spot for the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in their wrong doing, you need to back up all of you, cocoa board is not a nebulous organization, they said the report is there go and get it”.
He made this remarks on Thursday, October 22, 2020 after the Minority Leader Haruna Iddrisu address the media on the Minority’s position on their claim of illegal fees charged on testing of COVID-19 on arrival at the Kotoka International Airport.
