The Appointment Committee of the nineth Parliament of Ghana would vet Justice Kweku Tawiah Ackaah-Boafo, a justice nominated to the Supreme Court by President John Dramani Mahama.
After the Committee vetted the six nominees out the seven, there was no word on why the last nominee was not vetted on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, as expected.
Ghanamps.com investigation can reveal that there was a petition against Justice Kweku Tawiah Ackaah-Boafo hence the delay, but the Committee would resume vetting today at 11:00am.
