Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa would this week address the House on the ongoing iran vs israel war and how it’s going to affect Ghana.
Majority Leader Mahama Ayariga told Parliament, the sector Minister wanted to address the House on the development last week, but he asked that he hold on to it and do it another time since he was in the House to answer questions and made a statement on the shutting down of Ghana’s embassy in Washington, USA.
And his attention has been drawn to address the House on the matter this week. However, Ghanamps.com can reveal that last week Wednesday, June 18, 2025, the Foreign Minister of Ghana, invited the Ambassadors of Israel and Iran to his office for separate meetings.
“On Tuesday, I met with H.E. Roey Gilad of Israel and then held talks with H.E. Ali Ghomshi of Iran on Wednesday”, the foreign Minister posted on his facebook wall.
