She urged employees at all levels to embrace clarity and precision in both verbal and written exchanges, whether speaking to senior or junior colleagues.
Madam kate encouraged participants of the training program to remain professional and neutral when discussing sensitive work related matters and concluded by stating that effective communication is not just a skill but a vehicle for promoting trust, transparency and accountability for effective governance. “Communication is the life-blood for democracy”, she emphasized.
