The just ended second Extraordinary Session 2025 of the Community Parliament which took place at River States, Port Harcourt – Federal Republic of Nigeria witnessed four new MPs being sworn-in out of the five adding on to the three already existing MPs.
They are Mr. George Kweku Ricketts-Hagan, Dominic Napare, Kwame Anyimadu-Antwi and Eric Afful were sworn-in on Saturday, September 27, 2025.
Mr. Bryan Acheampong, the Member of Parliament for Abetifi was not present at Rivers States Port Harcourt but would be sworn-in when he is available at the next session of the Community Parliament.
Other members of the Parliament who have already taken their oath of office are third deputy speaker Alexaner Kwamena Afenyo-Markin, Emmanuel Kwasi Bedzrah and Laadi Ayii Ayamba.
