Alexander Akwasi Acquah, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Akim Oda, has reacted to the unexpected passing of his special assistant, Mr. Maxewell Anti, also known as Kofi Nti.
According to the MP, Kofi Nti was everything to him.
“He was my everything,” Hon. Acquah stated.
Kofi Nti who was also the General Manager of Strong FM and Community FM,, both in Akim Oda died on Saturday, May 16, 2026, in a road accident on the Oda-Nkwanta road.
Nti was travelling in an NPP pickup vehicle alongside its driver and one other at the time of the crash.
The group had been on the road monitoring ongoing NPP polling station elections in the area when their vehicle was involved in a head-on collision with another car.
