Member of Parliament for Afigya Kwabre North, Nana Marfo Amaniampong has donated soccer equipment to all the communities in his constituency.
A total of 30 jerseys and 50 footballs were distributed to 22 communities that make up the constituency.
Speaking to Ghanamps.gov.gh, Hon. Nana Marfo Amaniampong stated that his kind gesture to the constituents is his small way of helping to develop sports in the area and also strengthen the unity that exist among the communities through the game of football.
He expressed confidence that the provision of the football equipment will encourage the playing of the game and also unearth football talents in the constituency.
Hon. Nana Marfo Amaniampong emphasized his commitment to support the promotion of sports in the constituency.
