The Member of Parliament for Agona East Constituency, Hon. Queenstar Pokua Sawyerr has completed and commissioned a new kindergarten classroom block at Akuaku community in a bid to improve education in the area.
According to the MP, the facility which was named after her mother “Ama Kakraba Day care” was specifically aimed at improving early childhood education in the community and constituency in general.
Hon. Pokua Sawyerr however urged parent to ensure that children are given firm ground in order for them to improve upon their educational pursuit.
Meanwhile, information emanating indicates that the day care centre was solely finance through the MP’s personal source of funding.
