The Chief and People of the North Mo traditional area in the Bole – Bamboi District of the Northern Region, have taken delivery of a hospital ambulance, quantities of building materials, streetlights and four computers.

The ambulance, valued at GHS30, 000 and the other items valued at GHS12, 000, were presented to the people by the Member of Parliament for Bole- Bamboi, Alhaji J.A Saka.

Financed from the MP’s share of the Common Fund allocation, the items were to help alleviate the plight of the citizenry in terms of health care delivery, and those affected by rainstorm about a month ago.

Presenting the items at a durbar in his honour, Alhaji Saka said the last three years of the NDC government had seen major improvement in the lives of many Ghanaians, of which the people of Bamboi were no exception.

He said as a social democratic party, the NDC had introduced lost of social interventions aimed at improving the living conditions of the people.

Alhaji Saka said the NDC as a party would continue to hold on to its tradition by always being with the people, irrespective of their settlement in any part of the country.

To demonstrate this, he said as MP for the area, he had visited every community in his constituency to interact with them in order to realty understand their felt needs through their opinion leaders.

Alhaji Saka said he was aware of the existing pressure on the water situation in the area, as coumunitinie were demanding more and reliable sources of water for both domestic and other issue adding that plans were far afoot to increase the capacity of the existing water supply system.
