Chairman of ECOWAS Parliament’s Committee on Political Affairs, Peace, Security and Africa Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) Senator Edwin Melvin Snowe Jr. has been nominated by the Rt. Hon Speaker Memounatou Ibrahima to be part of Parliament’s delegation to observe Cote d’Ivoire’s Presidential elections.
Observers from the Community Parliament would be part of the wider sub-regional bloc – Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) institutions to observe the election. Their mission starts from Tuesday, October 21, 2025, to Wednesday, October 29, 2025.
