The mortal remains of the Director of Public Affairs in Ghana’s Parliament Jones Kugblenu is expected in Parliament today Friday, to enable staff of the August House to pay their last respect to their late colleague.
He will be laid in state at the forecourt of Parliament House between the hours of 7 to 9 am for pre-burial ceremonies on Saturday, after which there will be burial service held from 9 to 11 am.
The body will be conveyed to Ada for burial, while the final funeral rites continue at the forecourt.
Mr. Kugblenu, who also worked with Ghana Television (GTV), died a month ago in London where he had been receiving treatment for a protracted illness.
