Chairman of the select committee on Foreign Affairs and Member of Parliament for the people of Nsawam-Adoagyiri, Frank Annor Dompreh, has said Ghana is taking back its glory on the African continent.
According to Nsawam-Adoagyiri lawmaker Ghana has worked hard over the years to sustain a peaceful relation with its neighbours and within the West African Sub-Region.
He further pointed out that President Nana Akufo-Addo is currently helping to restore orderliness in Togo, with the cooperation from the Togolese leadership and members of the opposition.
The President has led a team after the ITLOs ruling between Ghana and the Ivoirian Government to manage the process and the aftermath, he said.
In addition, within fifteen months in office, we have had important leaders across the world coming to have important discussions with our President, leaders from Africa, Europe Asia America and the United Kingdom.
Mr. Frank Annor Dompreh however pointed out that there are lingering concerns, but government is working very hard within the sub-region to contain any eventually.
