Mr. Ernest Henry Norgbey is convinced that hauling anti-corruption crusader Mr. Martin Amidu before the disciplinary committee of the party is not the way to go, adding the party should just ignore him.

Mr. Martin Amidu will be relegated to the back ground if no one takes his allegations against the NDC serious, how can you keep attacking a party in opposition or is it because he was relieved of his post as Attorney General and Minister of Justice?,he queried.

According to the Ashaiman law maker, the former AG is just being vindictive, if he had served in government until the end of its life span, will he had leveled allegation of corruption against the NDC?

Again he was in government when NPP was revealing a lot of corruption allegations against the NDC regime he could not say anything until he was kicked out of government then he started talking and that beats my imagination, he stated.

We take a lot of inspiration from Martin Amidu he has been there since the formative years of the party, some of us hold him in high esteem, but the turn of events attacking a party in opposition beats my imagination as a politician, he added.

He stated that if really he is saying he is a vigilante and an anti-corruption crusader he must be focusing on current corruption going on in President Akufo Addo’s government and stop flogging a dead horse.

As to whether the NPP has offered him something that is why he is not seeing their fault he could not tell but said “I think he has gone beyond that, nobody can influence his decisions”.
