Member of Parliament for Tema East, Nii Kwartei Titus Glover has stated emphatically that he will not drive away market women from the Kwasia Dwaso market upon completion of renovation works there.

There is rumour making the rounds that the outspoken MP intents to eject certain traders who are not on his side politically from the market which he is facilitating its renovation.

Speaking on Adom FM’s Dwaso Nsem show Monday, Hon. Titus Glover said, this rumour can only come from evil persons who have purposed to tarnish his hard won reputation.

Hon. Titus Glover explained that the renovation works when completed will give the market a huge facelift and will also make trading more comfortable especially whenever it rained.

He added that as the MP for the area, his duty is to ensure that all his constituents have their interest served, irrespective of whether they voted for him or not.

Hon. Titus Glover stated that his objective as the representative of the good people of Tema East, is to help improve the living conditions of the constituents, adding that he remained very committed to achieving this aim.
