The Member of Parliament for Juaboso, Kwabena Akandoh Minta has sworn to stop doing politics entirely if the ruling NDC loses the 2012 election petition case in court.

According to him he does not fear the consequences of his utterance and he is confident that President John Mahama will be adjudged by the Supreme Court as the legitimate winner.

The presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party Nana Akufu Addo and his running mate Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia and the party chairman Jake Obestebi Lamtey are in court challenging the outcome of the 2012 election.

However speaking on Asempa FM Ekosii Sen show on Thursday, Hon. Minta asserted that one does not need to be oxford caller to know that the petitioner’s case is crumbling by each day in court. He accused the NPP hierarchy of giving it supporters false hopes of the winning the ongoing case only to prevent them from vesting their spleen on the leadership.

Meanwhile, after 33 days of sitting the Supreme Court today adjourned the case to 24th June 13, 2013 to allow accounting firm KPMG to conclude auditing on the pink sheet which in evidence.
