Member of Parliament for Bodi Samson Ahi has said the Assin Central Member of Parliament Ken Ohene Agyapong and the Minority Chief Whip, Mohammed Mubarak Muntaka would appear before the privileges committee on the 3rd of July 2018.
According to the Bodi legislature when the committee looked at the issues before them, on the contempt case raised by Mohammed Mubarak Muntaka, the committee agrees that the words “useless” used by Ken Ohene Agyapong is worth looking into.
He made this remarks in an interview just after the privileges committee hearing on Tuesday the 26th of June 2018.
As to whether the privileges committee should be taken seriously for the work they are doing, based on previous work done by the committee, Mr. Samson Ahi said with what he had witnessed so far, he assured Ghanaians that the committee would work to their satisfaction.
