Minority Leader and Member of Parliament for Tamale South, Haruna Iddrisu has admonished both Minister and MPs to be on the floor of the House early enough on Thursday 15th of November 2018.
According to the Tamale South lawmaker, the 2019 financial policy statement of the government would be presented to the House and he expects that MPs come to the House early as they would be engaging in an exercise of looking at government purse.
Minority Chief Whip, Mohamed Muntaka Mubarak on his part drew the attention of the business committee to take a second look at the dates for the post budget workshop as the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) would be electing its national officers on the 17th of November 2018.
Minority Leader, a member of the business committee jumped to the defense of the Minority chief Whip who presented the business statement for this week and said as at the time of their deliberation prior to the presentation of the business statement the data has not yet been given to the business committee.
