Ablekuma South Member of Parliament Alfred Okoe Vanderpuije believes the massive votes that the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) got in both the Presidential and Parliamentary elections would have to lead to massive job creation for the youth of Ghana.
“You see Ghanaians voted massively for the President John Dramani Mahama same with the Members of Parliament and we cannot make excuses not to give them jobs”, he emphasized.
According to him there are challenges within their constituencies, but being a new government there is the need to strive to address the challenges and ensure the aspirations of Ghanaians to see development is achieved.
In an interview he pointed out that development should go to the doorsteps of Ghanaians as they want to see upgrade in roads, elimination of flooding in flood prone areas and ensure Ghanaians are safe whiles in schools.
