The Minority on the Appointment Committee would participate in the vetting of the Chief Justice Nominee, Justice Paul Baffoe-Bonnie.
Ghanamps.com has learnt that despite the Minority’s initial reservation and subsequently praying the Speaker to stay the process, the Minority will still partake if the vetting goes on.
Per the Order Paper of the House, Monday, November 10, 2025, the Appointment Committee would meet at 11:00am to consider His Excellency President John Dramani Mahama’s nominee for the Chief Justice position of the Republic of Ghana
