The Member of Parliament (MP) for the Subin Constituency in the Ashanti Region, Hon. Kofi Obiri Yeboah, has distributed essential school items to Senior High School (SHS) students in the constituency to support them as they prepare to begin their secondary education.
The items included chop boxes, trunks, mattresses, pillows and provisions, providing practical assistance to students and their families as they prepare for the next stage of their academic journey.
The initiative is intended to ease some of the financial burden associated with preparing students for SHS and ensure that prospective students have some of the basic necessities required for a smooth transition into secondary education.
The beneficiaries expressed appreciation to the MP for the support, saying the items would help ease the cost of preparing for their new academic environment.
The initiative is also expected to contribute to a smoother transition for the students as they begin their SHS education.
Hon. Kofi Obiri Yeboah reaffirmed his commitment to supporting education and investing in the development of young people in the Subin Constituency.
