Solace has come for residents in the Okaikoi Central Constituency as the MP, Hon. Patrick Yaw Boamah has materialize his intentions of mounting 6 mechanized boreholes to solve the perennial water problem facing the area.

The project estimated at GHs80, 000 will be financed from the MPs own coffers with support from his friends and philanthropists.

As at now, the contractor has been on site carrying out feasibility studies in the area to select appropriate sites for the project.

Apart from Woyeme Electoral Area which would benefit from two (2) of the said project, Olengele, Fadama, Blemago and Apenkwa electoral areas would all have one each.

Francis Bebobruchr project Planning Committee Chairman for Yaw Boamah made the information available to Ghanamps.gov.gh.

He said Hon. Patrick Yaw-Boamah was of the view that every electoral area must have its own source of water to help solve the current water situation in the country.
