In a bid to boost security at the Community Health Nursing School in the Twifo- Ati Mokwa District, the MP for the area, Hon Samuel Ato Amoah has provided the school with four electricity poles fitted with bulbs.
According to the MP, his support to the educational facility follows recent criminal activities by some miscreants within the area which has become a source of worry for authorities and other stakeholders.
Speaking to Ghanamps.gov.gh, Hon. Samuel Ato Amoah emphasized the need for the students who will be future health care givers to study in a comfortable environment devoid of any threats or disturbances in order to receive the best of education.
He further disclosed that he spent an amount of GHC 9,600 from his own resources to purchase the electric bulbs in demonstration of his commitment to ensuring quality education in the area is realized.
Hon. Samuel Ato Amoah was confident that the provision of the security lights will not only illuminate the school compound but will discourage criminals from harassing the students.
